SOCH.IN EXCHANGE POLICY

At Soch, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

Please see below for the terms and conditions of our exchange policies.

30-days Returns, Exchange and Money Back policy:
If you are not satisfied with your product, you could return it to us within 30 days of placing the order for a refund or exchange on the full Invoice value.

We offer return shipping with the 30 days exchange Policy.

For a Registered User - If you would like to return or cancel an order:

  1. Please visit your 'My Accounts' after logging on to the site and choose 'My Orders'. The order that are eligible for return will have the 'Create Return' tab beside them. 
  2. Your order details will appear. You can now select the 'Create a Return' button to place a request to return the order.
  3. Please do share the reason of your refund/return request in the pop-up that appears.
  4. Based on the returns request, our customer support team will arrange for the reverse pick-up through Delhivery or Aramex courier for our Quality Assurance team to inspect.
  5. When dispatching the order to our warehouse, please fill out the Returns Request form with the accurate details and attach the same along with your package, to ensure no delays in processing your order request.
  6. On inspection, we will approve your return / exchange request as applicable.
  7. Alternatively, please contact Soch's Customer Service through email support@sochstudio.com or call us at +91 80 4968 8888 (Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm). Our helpful and experienced team will help you deal with your return promptly.
  8. Once the order has been shipped, you will only be able to request a return.
  9. You can also exchange products at any of our Soch stores. Please present the invoice when you visit the store.

For a Guest User - If you would like to cancel or return an order:

Please contact Soch's Customer Service through email support@sochstudio.com or call us at +91 80 4968 8888 (Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm). Our helpful and experienced team will help you deal with your return or cancel your order promptly.

Once the order has been shipped, you will only be able to request for a return.

The exchange, return and money back policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:

  1. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges.
  2. You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products for return/money back within the 30 Days Exchange policy.  
  3. Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns / money back within the 30 Days period.
  4. In case of Money back, the payment shall be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card.
  5. In case of 'Cash on Delivery' orders, the refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Soch within ten (10) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.
  6. Soch reserves the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
  7. In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
  8. For the 30 Days Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then Soch will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
  9. No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 30 days from the order date.
  10. Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns/exchanges, including sleeve attachment.  

OFFLINE STORES EXCHANGE POLICY :

EXCHANGE

The customer can exchange their merchandize keeping the following points in mind.

  1. SOCH will entertain exchange of only unused / unaltered merchandise purchased from any
    of the SOCH stores.
  2. The customer needs to produce original bill of purchase and the tag (with the bar code sticker) of the outfit to facilitate the process of exchange.
  3. The merchandize must be exchanged within 1(one) month from date of purchase.
  4. ALL SOCH merchandize carry washing instructions in a tag attached to the outfit at time of purchase. If the washing instructions are not followed and the merchandize develops problem after the first wash, it does not qualify for exchange at SOCH.
  5. Merchandize which develop issues after the first dry clean wash will be exchanged only on production of the dry cleaner bill and purchase invoice.
  6. Merchandize with stain/body odors/perfume scents/any kind of marks/damages (other than manufacturing defects) will not be accepted for exchange.

ALTERATIONS

  1. All SOCH stores provide alteration facilities which can be availed by customers.

REFUNDS

Garments will only be exchanged and no refunds will be given.

RED DOT SALE EXCHANGE POLICY :

SOCH is a leading brand in women’s ethnic wear and constantly endeavors to provide its customers good merchandize at reasonable prices. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the merchandize he/she can have it exchanged at any of our SOCH stores.

EXCHANGE

The customer can exchange their merchandize during the sale keeping the following points in mind.

  1. Exchange will not be allowed for Sarees and Unstitched suits.
  2. SOCH will entertain exchange of any unused / unaltered merchandize purchased from any of the SOCH stores or online.

ALTERATIONS

  1. No alteration of SALE merchandise (including sleeve attachment) will be undertaken either during or after sale.
  2. We will not be able to provide alteration facilities (including sleeve attachment) during sale period for merchandise purchased during non-sale period. Post Sale, customers can avail of alteration facility on production of SOCH invoice.

REFUNDS

Garments (other than sarees and unstitched) will be exchanged and no refunds will be given.
